Last Week to Vote for Unley Road Small Business & Pride of Workmanship Awards 2017

This is the last week to nominate your favourites, with the Unley Road Small Business & Pride of Workmanship Awards 2017 nominations closing COB Friday 22 September, 2017. Nominations are coming in from all over South Australia with people keen to recognise their favourite Unley Road businesses and Unley Road employees who have gone above and beyond with their service levels.

“We have 450 small businesses on Unley Road all putting in incredible amounts of time, commitment and hard work to service the local, and South Australian, community. The South Australian economy is powered by the small business community, and by nominating a great small business for an award, you have a great opportunity to recognise and thank your favourite businesses,” said James Morris, Chairman, Unley Road Association.

2. Finalist, Small Business of the Year 2016: Chique Cosmedical Skin & Body

3. Finalist, Small Business of the Year 2016: Barrow & Bench, Mitre 10

4. Unley Road Pride of Workmanship Award 2016: Jaha Greenhalgh, Ultra Tune Unley

5. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory Best Bar, Restaurant & Café: Jessica Menezes, Villa 77

6. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory: Best Hair, Beauty and Massage: Mel Johnson, Smooth Hair

7. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory: Best Retail – Food and Beverage: Francesca Sasanelli, The Cheesemonger.

8. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory: Best Retail – Clothing, Shoes and Accessories: Stella Vanska, Serafina Boutique.

9. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory: Best Retail – General: Stewart Adrain, Carto Graphics.

10. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory: Best Health and Fitness: Rachel Bruce, Move Physiotherapy.

11. Pride of Workmanship Award 2016, subcategory: Best Service Provider: Jaha Greenhalgh, Ultra Tune Unley.

All nominations go into the running to win $250 cash. Award winners will be announced at the next UR Together Networking function on 17 October, 2017, with special guest speaker, South Australia’s Small Business Commissioner, Mr John Chapman.
